Snowmageddon Revisited

Checking on my beehives today compared to a year ago today after Snowmageddon nailed the Isle of Newfoundland in a big way. Nuff said.

Some photos from Snowmageddon:

Beehives buried in about a metre (40 inches) of snow, maybe a little more. (January 18th, 2020, Flatrock, Isle of Newfoundland.)

Beeyard on January 18th, 2020, the hives’ upper entrance cleared so the bees could breathe (the day after Snowmageddon).

Two beehives slowly getting buried by Snowmageddon (January 17th, 2020).

Upper entrances cleared away so the bees can breathe (January 18th, 2020, Flatrock, Isle of Newfoundland).

The street I live on, January 18th, 2020.

My car’s engine after Snowmageddon (January 19th, 2020).

Here’s the video I posted a year ago today. I got the dates and times in the video a bit mess up, but you get the picture.
